This is not “Acrostic” by definition, but more of a “Dedication” poem. To be considered acrostic, it could be edited [sample excerpt of a few lines] as follows:

Delight she brings into my life
Elating my heart
Nice is her voice
Overwhelmed by her love
Kind she always is …

D is for the Delight that she brings into my life.
E is for how she Elates my heart in so many ways
N is for how Nice it is to hear her voice
O is for the way I’m so completely Overwhelmed by her love
K is for how Kind she always is as she speaks to me

U is for the Unselfish way she always sees things
T is for how Tender her heart is
A is for the Affection that I always feel coming from her
M means that she’s Mine Mine Mine
I is for her Irresistible smile
N is for how Naughty she makes feel at times

N is to represent how Nothing can ever separate her and I
G Is for the Gratefulness I feel having come to know her
